Website use

Content on this website is provided for general information about our dining room, menus, social evenings, and contact channels. We aim for accuracy but menus, prices, opening hours, and event dates can change without prior notice on the website. Images are illustrative of atmosphere and may not depict the exact dish served on a given day. You may not scrape, copy, or reuse substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without written permission.

Reservations and events

A reservation request submitted through the contact form is an inquiry, not an automatic confirmation. A booking becomes binding when we confirm it by email or telephone. Please arrive within fifteen minutes of the reserved time or let us know if you are delayed. For groups and social evenings we may request a deposit or a pre-agreed menu. Cancellations should be sent as soon as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows for reserved group tables may be charged according to the confirmation message we send you.

Social evenings

Social card evenings are recreational gatherings for adult guests. They do not involve financial betting, cash prizes, or gambling services. Guests must follow house rules explained by staff. We may refuse participation where rules are ignored or where the comfort of other guests is affected. Alcohol is served responsibly; we may decline further service when appropriate.

Allergies and dietary needs

Please tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when you book. We take care in the kitchen, yet our environment handles multiple ingredients and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free space. Guests remain responsible for deciding whether a dish is suitable for them based on the information we provide.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health according to German law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, and liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of service. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party networks, force majeure, or guest devices. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

Menus, pricing, and substitutions

Daily boards at Aurora Travel Guide change with deliveries from coastal suppliers. A dish described online may be substituted when quality falls short or stock runs out. Confirmed tasting menus are more fixed, yet we still reserve the right to replace a course with an equivalent when a key ingredient cannot be sourced safely. Published sample prices, when shown, are indicative and become binding only in a written confirmation for a specific date.

House conduct

Guests agree to treat staff and other visitors with respect, follow reasonable requests about seating, noise, and photography of other tables, and leave when service ends. We may refuse entry or discontinue service where conduct endangers safety, violates recreational evening rules, or seriously disturbs the room.

Intellectual property

Texts, logos, photographs, and design elements on auroratravelguide.com belong to VC Fertigteile GmbH or their respective owners. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Any other use requires prior written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses continue in force.
